Vane

Live Photos that play wherever you post.
Pick where it's going first, and Vane follows that platform's rules. If a platform doesn't play Live Photos, you get the format it does accept — and the reason why.

What it is

Destination first

Turn a video into a Live Photo, or re-edit one you already have. Choose the destination before anything else — length, framing, and cover follow that platform's rules. Where Live Photos don't play, you get a video, a GIF, or an Android Motion Photo instead, with the reason spelled out.

Make once, save for several

Trim, cover, crop, color, frames, text, speed, sound and music — all in one editor. A single save can produce versions for several destinations at once, each made to its own rules.

Check: why it won't move

When a Live Photo arrives as a still, Check tells you where it went wrong and can save a repaired copy. The platform rules page lists a source and a verification date for every rule.
